Serenity Tree Brokers' policies do not apply to customers requiring contracted purchase agreements, special pricing, or customized terms. We reserve the right to waive provisions of these Terms to accommodate such arrangements.

1. Orders and Payments

1.1. All orders are subject to availability.

1.2. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and electronic funds transfers.

1.3. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. All estimates and quotes expire 30 days from the date issued.

2. Delivery

2.1. Serenity Tree Brokers will deliver plant material to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

2.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and accessible.

2.3. Delivery dates are approximate and subject to weather conditions or other factors that may affect delivery times.

2.4. Risk of loss or damage to the plant material transfers to the customer upon delivery.

3. Refunds and Issue Resolution

3.1. Serenity Tree Brokers does not offer refunds for delivered plant material.

3.2. Customers must inspect plant material upon delivery and report any concerns or issues (e.g., critically damaged material) within 48 hours. Serenity Tree Brokers will, at its discretion, provide a replacement or store credit for plant material deemed critically damaged.

4. No Returns Accepted

4.1. Serenity Tree Brokers does not accept returns of plant material.

5. Warranty

5.1. Serenity Tree Brokers does not offer warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the performance or suitability of plant material for specific purposes. All plant material is sourced to meet high-quality standards. For critically damaged material upon delivery, Serenity Tree Brokers will replace the material at no additional cost to the customer, subject to Section 3.2.

6. Cancellations

6.1. Orders may be canceled up to 15 days before delivery. A cancellation fee of 15% of the total order value will apply.

6.2. Customers should contact Serenity Tree Brokers as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. Serenity Tree Brokers respects your privacy. Details on how we collect and use customer information are outlined in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Serenity Tree Brokers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the purchase or use of our plant material.

8.2. Serenity Tree Brokers' liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the plant material.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Florida.

9.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the state of Florida.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1. Serenity Tree Brokers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms. Significant changes will be announced on our website or communicated to customers via email.

10.2. Customers are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically for updates.
